Colours of Hope
A ministry where hearts are healed and hope is restored…
Colours of Hope empowers women to move from life’s valleys through God’s door of hope. Using the arts, inner healing, and prayer, women unlock their gifts, step into the calling God has prepared for them, and discover their true identity and value in Christ. They no longer have to be defined by life’s circumstances, past wounds, or how they have been treated by others. Instead, women grow in freedom and come to understand that they are deeply loved and fully accepted as children of God—and in turn become a source of hope to others.
“I will make the Valley of Achor (trouble) to be for her a door of hope and expectation.”
Hosea 2:15 (AMPC)
A ministry to teach, train, equip and release
One of the key aims is to teach, train and release leaders in the core elements of our ministry which will equip them to effectively reach the women and girls living in their communities. This will in turn empower local women to touch the hearts of many through the Arts and Inner Healing to bring transformation to whole districts and beyond.
The four Core Elements
The teaching and ministry will be based on the four core elements of our work, Creativity, Inner Healing, Discipleship and Business.
-

A variety of Art and Crafts will be taught to release potential, bring healing and develop skills for work.
-

Teaching and training will be given on various aspects of inner healing to bring wholeness and freedom.
-

Women will be discipled and trained in mentoring others to bring encouragement, grow faith and skills.
-

Business skills will be taught to those aiming to work in the Arts to establish good practices for the future.
Releasing Colours of Hope
Our interactive teaching manual provides training in all four of our core elements. We first equip our team through visits and video calls as they progress through the manual, growing in knowledge and practical skills. This process includes ministry sessions, mentoring, and discipleship to ensure that team members experience personal healing and can apply what they have learned. As they develop as trainers, they are able to teach different parts of the manual to women and leadership teams according to their needs. In this way, skilled leaders are raised up and multiplied to reach many women in their communities—releasing Colours of Hope.
Planting for eternity
The ministry will be run and overseen by the Leadership of New Life Art Ministries. We will work with other local ministries to bring unity of purpose in order to achieve a lasting legacy.
Nadia’s Testimony
Nadia (to the left in the photo) is a Pastor’s Wife in the Middle East.
I was going through a very difficult time and felt a lot of stress for two months. I am a pastor's wife and we left our church for a while. I was working in an organisation and there was a misunderstanding between me and the leaders so I left the ministry and isolated myself. The balcony was my only refuge to escape from the stress and despair I felt. I only slept for two hours and didn’t taste sleep for nights.
Today God whispered to me, “I am preparing something great for you. I have sent people from abroad to whom I have made my voice heard and given a message especially for you”. When I attended the conference, I felt that it was not just teaching and information, but a powerful message that God gave Jane to fulfil a purpose in my life. She was describing my condition and I saw myself in her teachings and prayers.
I have not smiled at all for two months. I was sad, crying, praying, fasting and struggling. Last night I went to my room and started laughing loudly for an hour. I was filled with the Spirit of laughter. I felt at ease in my soul and that God was healing me. I felt God hugging me and putting His hand on my shoulder.
We all felt like a family at this conference. I started to see everyone as beautiful and even though I am shy, I found myself reaching out and wanting to hug others. All of this, because Jane and her team have a family spirit and have spread it among us and they brought us joy.
